Each blade in the Demolition Beast range is manufactured using reinforced bi-metal construction with cobalt content, helping to improve resistance to heat, wear, and breakage during aggressive cutting. This construction allows the blades to maintain performance even when cutting through tough or unpredictable materials.
Aggressive tooth geometries are used throughout the range to ensure fast material removal while maintaining control - essential when working in demolition and refurbishment environments where speed and efficiency matter.

The Demolition Beast Range
MPS 4442 – Metal Heavy (300mm, 10–14 TPI)
Designed for heavy-duty metal cutting, the MPS 4442 features a 300mm blade length for extended reach and improved control when cutting thicker materials. The 10–14 TPI progressive tooth pitch allows for efficient cutting across a range of metal thicknesses, making it ideal for steel, metal profiles, and demanding construction work.
Built for aggressive demolition tasks, this heavy-bodied blade is designed to cut through timber with nails, thick materials, and mixed demolition debris. The lower TPI and reinforced design allow it to withstand high-impact cutting where standard blades would fail.
These specialist demolition blades are designed for extreme applications requiring fast cutting and maximum durability. While currently out of stock, they remain an important part of the full Demolition Beast range and can be sourced based on demand.
